Kim is a lifelong resident of the Tri-Cities area of Tennessee. After raising their daughter, Whitney and son, Aaron with husband Larry she enrolled at East Tennessee State University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree with a Concentration in Construction Engineering Technology & Management. Kim’s construction career began with General Contracting where she gained 15 years of experience working with all disciplines of the design and construction industry managing Institutional, Commercial, Industrial and Worship projects. Prior to Kim’s construction career she worked in the manufacturing industry in Accounting, Logistics, and Quality Control. Since joining the Interstate team in 2015 Kim has worked as a Construction Manager taking a project from the due diligence investigation through the successful completion and turnover to retail tenants on projects which range in size from single tenant to major multi-tenant retail developments. Kim fills as much of her free time as possible with her four grandchildren: Aidyn, Brett, Caroline, and Otto.
