Originally from Bristol, Tennessee, Taylor attended the University of California, Los Angeles and the University of Maryland to obtain degrees in Biology and Soil Science. After graduating, Taylor co-founded a Maryland environmental restoration company, EcoHaven, LLC, and worked as a Faculty Assistant for the University of Maryland where she assisted farmers with nutrient management plans and conducted research concerning nutrient pollution in the Chesapeake Bay. Taylor joined Interstate in 2019 as a Legal Assistant and is pursuing a JD at the University of Tennessee, College of Law. In her free time, Taylor enjoys playing pickleball, hiking, and spending time with her dogs Zoey and Maisie.
