- Mike is a 1998 graduate of the Salmon P. Chase College of Law where he received his J.D. and a 1992 graduate of Centre College in Danville, Kentucky, where he attained a B.S. in Economics. While in law school, Mike was Lead Articles Editor for the Northern Kentucky Law Review
- Mike is married (Jennifer) and has three (3) children: Kate, William and Henry. They are members of Grace Fellowship Church in Johnson City, Tennessee
